We follow traditional techniques using ingredients grown in the highlands around Sun-chang. We never use MSG, preservatives or artificial colors. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has recognized us as meeting the strict standards in food production (117-ho, 118-ho, 119-ho, 120-ho).
